I'm not sure why they want full- and part-time employees to have open availability. This is a part-time job for many people. When did this become policy?

So, its seems like the company is cutting hours across all the stores....
Why don't they close the fitting room or close it early when there is skeleton staff? It keeps the women's department full with go-backs.
