Hi! Less than a year pa lang ako sa current company, but I’m considering exploring new opportunities. Regular naman na.

TBH, hindi na kasi ganun ka-challenging yung role, and I’m looking for broader scope, more strategic exposure, and a different leadership environment.

What’s the best way to frame this during an interview without sounding like I’m badmouthing my current company or leadership? Ano yung reasonable na answer sa “Why are you leaving after less than a year?”

For those who have experience with TB or know someone who had it, what are the best ways to prevent getting TB**...** Are there specific precautions, lifestyle changes, or habits that actually help reduce the risk of getting TB?

Would appreciate any practical tips. 🙏

Hi! 31F recently underwent cervical lymphadenectomy and was diagnosed with TB lymphadenitis with an abscess. The mass was surgically removed, but my IM-IDS prescribed 6 months of anti-TB medication.

For those who had a similar experience, is 6 months of treatment still necessary even though the mass was already removed?

Would appreciate any insights or experiences. Thank you!
