Specific strain recommendations

I’ve been trying to find some bud for my mother that reminds her of the OG skunk shit, but idk what strains those may have been. She has a low tolerance and honestly doesn’t like being high that much, but she frequently brings up weed from the 80’s and it would be nice to smoke with her. I did check google, but I’d prefer a more personal opinion. I live in Ohio, so we can’t open or smell any products in dispensaries before purchasing.

Stinky apartment drains/toilet

I’ve been dealing with horrible odors in my apartment bathroom for the past 2 summers now, but only when it’s hot outside. I honestly can’t tell if it’s coming from the base of my toilet or from my drains, but it seems like both. I’ve tried plugging the drains and there’s a reduction but no elimination. I’ve had maintenance and management in to look at/smell my bathroom. The closest they came to a remedy was caulking the base of my toilet, which only reduced the potency of the gas. Btw, this smell isn’t usually constant, it comes as goes throughout the day. I recently asked maintenance if they could check the wax ring under my toilet which is when I discovered I knew slightly more about plumbing than him. So, is that the best place to start and how do I convince my apartment to do that when they think the smell of fire diarrhea is someone cooking sausage. I think they know there are extensive and pricey plumbing problems, I’ve got pellets of iron in my water that they know about.

I'm more knowledgeable about toilets than my maintenance guy

Title pretty much says it all but during the summer or unseasonably warm days, my bathroom will get absolutely putrid odors flooding in. My first thought was "they should check the wax ring seal" which obviously never happened. Rather, a maintenance guy that used to work at my complex put caulk around my toilet (it wasn't originally) and that helped a little bit. After the caulking, I started to notice some of the smells emanate in the hallways and ironically enough, they still didn't do shit. Anyways, it's starting to warm up again and I just had some guys in to do routine water damage checks and air filter replacements. I figured kill two birds with one stone. I briefly explained the issue and the "remedy" and also told him that I think my toilet wax ring needs to be checked/replaced. Dude walks into my bathroom, waits a few seconds, and then says "so where's the wax ring". This fucking floored me but I still kept it together while explaining that when it's hot outside, things get stinkier. It's in the 50's today, OFC IT DOESN'T SMELL RN. To top it off, he said he's the one that put in my bathroom floor and that none of the toilets are caulked and they aren't supposed to be. I guess a grocer that's studying public health knows more about toilets than a hired maintenance man. I also have rust flakes in my water and their solution was "use an aerator" which still ain't enough.

▲ 8 r/SIBO

I just want to vent over the ridiculousness of trying to get Xifaxan with my insurance. Back in December (yeah 5 months ago), my GI guessed SIBO and tried me on Flagyl which I didn't tolerate (trying it again atm) and then Augmentin. Anyways, we've tried getting Xifaxan a few times, and insurance keeps slapping new requirements on the list. I did demand SIBO testing after Augmentin bc I also have elevated calprotectin markers (GI is guessing sibo related) and I didn't want to be on something I didn't need. Anyways, I tested positive for SIBO in the beginning of March. After a month of medical negligence, I finally got the prescription for Xifaxan sent to insurance only for them to come back stating "we need proof that lactose intolerance has been ruled out, despite a positive SIBO result" like what the hell is that??? You can't be lactose intolerant and have SIBO to get the gold standard med for the condition? Both are also breath tests that test the same fucking gasses and I know for sure I would show a false positive. The way I see it, my insurance has made an ANTIBIOTIC inaccessible. Goodrx prices around me average 2.5-3k. Ik this is a rinse and repeat story but jfc, the US healthcare system is so broken.
I know there are alternatives to antibiotics, I'm not necessarily looking for those, but if you want to make suggestions please provide legitimate scientific research.

Starting off, i'm a transgender guy (he/him), I have a uterus and ovaries- no gender affirming bottom surgeries. Since I first got my period around 12, they have always been extremely light flows, painful, and last about 10 days. Per usual, my pain was never listened to and has only worsened with age. This could be many things, and I can't ignore the possibility of hormone interference. I've been on testosterone since November 2020, I also have a nexplanon implant. I haven't had a true period in years, just spotting if I screw up my testosterone injection day (weekly injections) but I continue to get awful cramps. They aren't constant and I can't predict when i'll get them. They range from normal to groan-yelling curled in a ball, sweating in bed. I recently had a transvaginal ultrasound that came back unremarkable, so now I have to decide what to do. I won't stop testosterone, my cramps pre-date my transition, but it could exacerbate the pain. I don't know. What would you do and what would be driving factors in your decisions? I need some stories and feedback
