How are you guys dealing with it. Isn’t it stressful every day you hear a new model or bot launched and the one you just learned is already obsolete

I am just curious to know what systems or tools people actually use to keep track of home maintenance and general organization.
Things like:
Appliance manuals, warranties, and service history

Filter changes, HVAC, water heater, smoke detectors, etc.

Inventory of what’s in the house (especially bigger items)

Receipts and repair records

Upcoming maintenance reminders

Do you use a specific app, spreadsheet, notebook, binder, or just wing it? Any tools you really like (or hate)?
