Customer Service Problems
What's going on with customer support? Just saw a post about a guy saying he wasn't offered a refund when he didn't receive his item. The mods deleted it and a follow up post... If this continues I think we should campaign to fix this. Social media accounts, petitions, the whole nine. If this gets deleted too I'll take that on myself. Anyone else noticing this?
