Was recently offered a pharmacist position with CVS Specialty Mail Order. It’s hybrid, 3 weeks WFH and 1 week onsite. I’m considering it but would be taking a pay cut.

I have an upcoming interview for a PRN Pharmacist Research position and wondering if anyone has experience or insight on this position.
I’ve always had an interest in getting into the industry and I feel like this is my way in. If given the opportunity, I’m really considering accepting but that means I would most likely quit my current full time position and settle for a pay decrease.

Been working retail for about 4 years now but I’ve always been interested in getting into pharma. Starting to look into it more seriously and wanted to see if anyone here has made a similar move.
Has anyone applied for a fellowship after being out of school for a few years? Not sure if being 4 years out makes a difference or if it’s still worth trying.
Also debating going to Midyear vs just applying to entry-level industry jobs.
Would love to hear from anyone who’s been in a similar spot and what you ended up doing.
