I just received the machine new 3 days ago and it worked fine. now it is offline and I can't figure out to get it back online. Help!

I am just beginning 3d. The Flashforge Finder was a gift. I know it is a very basic model used in schools, but he'll, it was a gift.

I printed a couple of things I found on the machine. Now I have created my own svg and sliced it, but when I try to print it the machine keeps saying there is a filament error.

I have checked it, loaded and unloaded filament, probably 20 - 30 times. It still keeps saying there is an error.

Does anyone have any ideas that could help me. Also, can the sensor e bypassed or replaced?
