Posture app showed me a problem I didn't know I had..

Tried a posture tracking app for a week and it kinda surprised me.

I thought that it would just point out my poor sitting habits. Turns out that I was doing another thing constantly, adjusting my monitor screen. Moving it closer, tilting it, changing the height and then repeating throughout the day.

I never really saw it as a problem actually because it was a part of my routine. But since then I have been on the search for the desk setup fixes. I have found both manual and robotic arm with monitor screen. One requires some manual labor while the other is intuitive and follows you whenever you move. A solution for one thing. I can lean back down and relax.

It's nice to know that this kind of tech evolution is taking place.

But my posture issue is still there right now.

Also this makes me wonder if this is a me thing or if everyone else is also adjusting their screen throughout the day?

I mean I want to know if am the problem here
