How much height can i potentially lose because of my Anterior Pelvic Tilt? I a fist goes in?

So basically when i try to stand in the most straight way thats how it looks like.

May be important - i can certainly pass a whole fist through my lower back and the wall pretty freely.

It can be over 2cm?

Still sick of vague PT advice, so I updated my solution

6 months ago I posted here showing you the spinal tracker I made. A few of people asked to use it, so I took it a bit further and wanted to share an update.

The PTs I saw kept saying my pain was a lack of movement, but when I asked which parts and how to move them, all I got was "you need to be more aware."

So I made a spinal tracker to find out which part isn't moving enough, and now I just reset my back a few times a day when my phone tells me to.

The run of 10 I did filled up faster than I ever expected, so want to do another small batch. Drop a comment/DM if you'd be keen to be involved, I'd love to have you :)

Do posture-correcting shirts do anything or is it just expensive compression wear?

I’ve been lifting seriously for a couple years (27F) and I try to keep my back straight when I row, squat etc. A while back I bought one of those cheap elastic posture harnesses from Amazon because I feel like my back is giving out and my shoulders are rolling forward sometimes.

Honestly that’s not my main issue because I can just brace again and tighten my back. My posture is actually crap outside the gym so I’m looing for something to help me not slouch during the day.

Should I get a posture correction bra or a posture t-shirt or something like that? Like for when I’m not at the gym just walking around or working? Did anyone try any of that? Is it a scam or legit? Tysm.

Anyone here tried a Forme bra for bad posture and back pain?

My original post got taken down for some reason so hopefully it's okay to ask this here.

I (34f, 6’0”) work fully remote and often spend up to 10 hours a day hunched over a laptop. I feel like being tall doesn't help either because I'm constantly adjusting my chair or leaning down to my desk. So between that and my desk job, my posture is just chronically terrible. My upper back and shoulders are pretty much alwaysss sore these days.

I’ve seen good reviews about the forme bras for posture support and pain relief, but have also been on the fence because of the price point. But last night I finally said screw it and ordered their revive bra. Still waiting on it to arrive and have 30 days to decide if I’ll keep or return it. Anyone who has been using forme for a while now, do you notice any difference in your posture or pain levels? Specifically posture related pain from sitting at a desk all day? And does it fit any differently when you’re taller?

What would you call this posture and how to fix it?

I started noticing in candid pictures that I look absolutely ridiculous when I’m just standing naturally, there is a crazy arch in my back and my shoulders are literally further back than my butt. I usually get a lot of back pain after standing for too long and this would probably explain it…

How would I go about fixing this besides just having to be constantly conscious of my posture all the time?

Shoulder Structure Feels More "Pointed"

On 5/1/2026, I had a fall trotting downhill, landed on my left shoulder, dislocating it and fracturing the humerus and socket. Much pain and ER to get it back in, released with strong recommendation to see surgeon about possible surgery.

I saw my chosen surgeon after a couple of days and a painful drive (wife took me as I can't drive myself) to one of his "outer" offices, just to get things going quickly. He examined and told me just how much I screwed the pooch-shoulder, with either arthroscopic or open surgery needed - he would need to start with arthroscopic to see what he really needed to do.

The surgery happened on 5/26 and was completely arthroscopic - good news, right? Well he bluntly told me that the tissue was a mess and to do exactly what he directed for any chance of recovery, without going back and replacing the joint.

I have done exactly as directed and have noticed than my immobilized shoulder seems to be "sharper" across the top than my right one. Is this normal due to atrophy, which can be recovered in the PT phase, or is it something else?

I would like to hear from anyone that has experienced this or similar. My next follow-up is 7/1, and I hope to start the PT phase then. It feels a lot better but still has some dull but manageable pain in the joint, nothing screaming at me.

How noticeable are my knock knees?

First of all please excuse my dirty mirror. I’m curious as to how noticeable my knock knees look, and does anyone else have knock knees that found a way to mitigate their appearance?
