Yes, she was pretty mean to Bruno and Oliwa specifically.

No, Gabby constantly approaches Ara and Ara keeps telling her to tone it down. Gabby just needs to stop annoying Ara or tone it down. Dont forget she was also laughing maniacally and threatening people in season 1, this is just the first time someone was voacal with telling Gabby to stop with her antics.
- Does Natalia deserve to threaten Ara for calling Gabby annoying?
Absolutely not, Natalia is the queen of complaining about people's behavior, even calling Rosa a bitch in the same ep preview while refusing to aplogize for manipulating her. You might think "Natalia's way is the only way that'll work against bullies" but consider this, Natalia said Ara shouldn't act that way towards Gabby specifically, Ara will still act that way towards everyone else, and whats to stop Ara from treating Gabby worse as revenge once Natalia gets elimiated? Think long term and you see Natalia's behavior encourages more problematic behavior rather than lessening it.
- How should Ara's behavior be addressed?
Like it or not, Nura is currently the closest thing Ara has to a friend, Nura telling Ara to stop bullying would've been a much healthier development. If Ara took in advice from a friend who also gets annoyed easily by teammates, it would help Ara see how she can change for the better.

You shouldnt encourage bullying to be solved by another bully and worship their actions, thats just hypocritical. And yet we should encourage better ways for people who bully to be held accountable in ways that make people self reflect rather than feel fear.
