My 3ds can't access the card? How to fix?

Applications keep sayings they can't access the SD card and this crash keeps popping up.

I have a homebrew 3DS, is there anyway I can fix this?

I followed the instructions exactly. I put both the doom infinite pk3 and the doom2 wad into the gzdoom folder but this error keeps showing up. I tried reinstalling GZdoom but it still happens. how do I fix this?
