I bought a RAD2x for my SNES off of eBay as well as a miniHDMI to HDMI cable, but for some reason, it barely runs on my TV. It turns on for half a second and then it gets a black screen and then shuts off. I checked the power indicator light and it lights purple, meaning it’s getting a clean signal, but it’s not getting a clean signal. What should I do?

I have a copy of Sonic Spinball that refuses to run no matter what I do. I tried cleaning it and cleaning it and cleaning it but nothing works and I still get a black screen.
