[Java] Eternal Caves mod loaded but not accessable on 1.21.1

Hi folks,

Very technical dad with 0 minecraft experience trying to help his son play mine craft java with the Eternal caves mod. We were able to load the mod with prism launcher/neoforge and the curseforge launcher. Once minecraft is launched (from either launcher) from the title screen when we click "Mods" we can see the Eternal Cave v1.0.2 listed but we cannot access any of the items in our creative inventory my son says should be there. I have no idea what should be there.

Minecraft 1.21.1, neoforge 21.1.248, eternal cave 1.0.2

Any suggestions?

Bike Tag 1481

1480 found where Boggie Creek trail ends at Webberville Road. Follow the city access ramp down to the Boggie Creek Spill Way.

Since my last tag lasted about an hour, 1481 I'm hoping will be a bit more challenging.
