salmon bean soup :)

salmon bean soup :)

this year safe food! Salmon soup, i use scraps so it's much cheaper, cook it through own salmon's fat, add fibers; beans.. and add something green; spinach :) I usually put shirataki rice but I need to use my canned beans. They're lifesaver, canned beans! My life has changed ..

i love kelp

I know most people is weird about eating chicken and egg at the same time but I feel like eating chicken slices yesterday..

Rice thingy is shirataki rice+broccoli stalk+kelp. I love how kelp makes my "congee" smells so ocean-y :)

been spamming kaya jam lately

me and partner been so obsessed with kaya jam for breakfast. they're so safe imo. I usually put it on toast but on no-bread days I'd make cassava flour pancake served with gloop of kaya jam :P

easy meal; salmon scraps soup

Salmon is super expensive here, so I always buy salmon scraps (mostly fat/stuff no one wants) they make the best soup.. in my soup: Broccoli, kelp, lotus root, shirataki rice (first time having them, I'm converted! always try the noodle version)

they're a bit trendy in my country rn (smoked duck).

had it with roasted potato, i boiled the potato until VV SOFT, froze it (because I was meal prepping), and roast it until it's crispy, crispy on the outside, a bit mushy on inside! and steamed brocs xx!!!
