I will enjoy every bite because there was a time I was to afraid of toast especially with that spread.
Obviously it’s not the healthiest but it fits my macros/calories

I figured out that if you make an egg white omelette on the pan, add berries and cook on low heat for a while, the berries turn into the amazing sweet jam like texture and it tastes just like eating a French crepe. I also added vanilla essence and cinnamon to the egg whites.
If anyone has any other sweet egg white recipes let me know. Or even with tofu, I’ve been getting into that recently
I have been craving a miso soup, so I made one.
Details:
- White miso broth
- Soft tofu
- Mushrooms
- Nori
- Green onion
- Carrot
- Cabbage
- Shrimp
(By no means traditional, but soso yummy)
Is it just me, or are there suddenly a lot of the same type of account posting in here? It's getting so hard to tell what's real and what's not, and whether someone's reposting stolen content. I've only been around this sub for a couple of months - has this happened before?
I think this belongs here..? Instead of pure oat fiber, I did 2 parts oat fiber and 1 part flour, so it has more calories this way, but it still feels much safer than a "regular" cake. Also, I just cannot get the texture and rise right with pure oat fiber... If anyone knows the secret, please share. I'll put the recipe in the comments, in case anyone's interested
166 cals vanilla latte
90 cals milk + 76 cals nescafe vanilla latte sachet !!
i’m curious to spark a conversation regarding the intersection between the behaviors and thought patterns that lead to restrictive food and alcohol.
is alcohol something you factor in with your restrictive food?
or, if you drink, do you opt for certain beverage brands?
i’m asking because i’m honestly curious of the overlap that exists between.
