564 kcals? Only weighed the buckwheat and yoghurt, everything else is estimated, but definitely on the higher end calorie-wise. Anyway, here's my second and last meal of the day✌️

God damn it, screwed up my last post.

Coming in at just under 400kcals, 12g protein, and four ingredients:

200g greek yoghurt (I use full fat, haven't tried using fat free but that'll turn out runnier and sweeter)

Biscuits of choice (I used 3 rich tea, but grainier biscuits add to the cheesecake texture)

sugar free syrup

Blueberries 🫐 (20, because I felt like counting them)

Method: Blob yoghurt into a sealable container. Mix in syrup, cinnamon, whatever flavourings you want at this stage.

Poke biscuits into it

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the biscuits to soften

Top with fruit, peanut butter, sprinkles, whatever the hell, and enjoy!
