Miso soup that healed my soul

I have been craving a miso soup, so I made one.

Details:

- White miso broth

- Soft tofu

- Mushrooms

- Nori

- Green onion

- Carrot

- Cabbage

- Shrimp

Homeade tuna poké

I found ahi tuna packets at the store, so I added some vegetables to make a rainbow poké bowl!

Details:

- Buckwheat as the base (I had no rice)

- Carrots

- Cucumber

- Red cabbage

- Avocado

- Kimchi I found at the Ukrainian store (10/10)

- Pickled beets (sorry)

- Tomato (not a typical topping, but I love them)
