Question about preorder cancellations

Hiya,

I'm just wondering what's the typical amount of orders you have to cancel/miss payments before your account gets terminated?

I'm quite paranoid surrounding it since I've paid orders successfully in the past, however due to some financial difficulties (and the fact I stupidly used amiami for my non-main email) I missed one payment date and only saw the email after the order got cancelled, and cannot afford this order as the shipping fee is much more than expected, even with the 2-4 month option

I attempted to cancel the 2nd order but it was rejected. These two instances are the only times I've missed/fail to pay and I'm not getting paid till next month, so well past the payment date, and I've got preorders I'd really like in the future which I know I'll be able to afford >_<

So yes, TLDR; Is my account okay after missing 1 payment date and being unable to pay a 2nd one?

Discord keeps freezing

Hiya,

I have 2 monitors and I always have discord on my second monitor. For some reason it continiously freezes and wont let me access it - specifically when on my second monitor. This does not happen for any other application.

When you tab out of discord things such as gifs pause, but they continue to play as if its registering that the app is open in this freeze state, and if I try interact with the application it always either a) interacts with my desktop if its the only thing open or b) opens the other program I have open on my second montior and interacts with that

I've tried completely reinstalling discord and clearing the cache but neither of which has worked. My discord is fully updated and so is my PC.

The only way to "fix" it is by closing the app down fully in task manager (as i cannot close it down normally since .. its frozen) but then the problem resumes after a short amount of time

I'd love any help as I haven't found someone with a similar problem yet! I can provide more information if needed as well. Thank you so much in advance
