I'm struggling to cope with how my life is now.

I'm seeking advice how to overcome or manage the feelings I'm having these past few days. I'm sorry I don't have enough money to afford therapy and I don't have someone to talk to about these. For context, I'm f23 and currently in a new company that provides good benefits for its employees (life insurance, monthly meal budget, and free shuttle service). I know it may seem little but for someone who came from a shitty company, these are huge benefits for a starting employee like me. I have enough to put roof over my head and budget monthly bills using my own money. My point is I have a full control over my life but I don't feel comfortable not relying everything on my parents anymore. I always feel like I don't deserve to have these and that I should just go back to my parents. My parents are very supportive about what's been happening in my life right now, but sometimes they say things like "you're overwhelmed with how much you're receiving so just relax" and "that is still a small money to have so we will buy your refrigerator and washing machine for you". I know it comes with good intentions but I can't help but feel uncomfortable receiving those words from them. Am I being ungrateful? How should I manage these emotions when I'm feeling it all at once? I hope this is understandable and I am more than willing to clarify things if it's not clear.
