Anyone know how to deal with the terrible customer service???

I pre-ordered the Forza Horizon 6 limited edition controller back in April as soon as it was announced. I received it today to find the factory seal broken, and the replacement factory seal broken and a stick for batteries. After spending 30 minutes of redirections on the Microsoft store orders page, I finally called the dreaded support. I was redirected literally 5 times and had to reexplain the situation every single time. Finally I got to someone who somewhat wanted to help and offered me to “purchase” a new one and await for a refund once they got my old one. I’m sorry but that is unacceptable. I purchased a new controller and should not be expected to purchase an additional one just to turn around and have to wait on a refund. When the representative asked “what would you like to do next” I stated “I would like a replacement sent, and when I get confirmation of new controller being shipped, I will return this one”. Upon stating this, I was hung up on and sent to the satisfaction survey with no resolution. This entire situation has jaded my Xbox/microsoft experience and I’ve been a user since the original Xbox. If it weren’t for the very minimal Xbox exclusives, I would not be an Xbox player at this point. Is anyone in support actually able to help me?? Stupid I even have to complain about an open box, but let’s be real, I’m already being changed an arm and a leg for a controller. Least I should get is one that’s “new”.

2024 3500 Def Concern

Alright guys, need some help here. Last weekend bought a new to me 2024 3500 duramax certified pre owned. During test drive DIC was showing “poor def quality”. Quick google search (because soon to be first time diesel owner) said maybe old def from sitting on lot, but also lots of other things. Dealer said it was low on def, but they couldnt fill the tank because the service department was closed (late on a saturday). I told them i would take delivery and just run by a store and pick up a carton of def. Plan was for me to return monday to top everything off. Leaving the lot i get a message stating 100 miles until reduced speed of 65. Thinking it’s still just low on def, start headed home throw 2.5 gals of def in with no change. Get home with 45 miles now until reduced speed even after def. Little more concerned at this point, I scan it for a P20EE SCR efficacy code. No answer from dealer on Sunday whelp because is Sunday but I’m stressing like crazy. First thing Monday, I head back down to dealer, now get a check engine light 30 miles until reduced speed. Officially went into reduced speed mode right outside dealership as they called me to say they wanted to tow it back and look at it, being outside dealer at this point, it’s back.

Now onto the nitty gritty; dealers had truck all week, they tested the def to find that someone had put windshield washer fluid into the def tank.. service said they were dropping tank and flushing system. I can tell you the carton I bought said def and was clear, plus I’ve been around diesels enough to know just because it’s a blue cap doesn’t mean that’s where washer fluid goes… the truck had been a managers special for a few thousand miles before being sold to me, so clearly it was a dealership mistake.

They are good faith providing me additional maintenance services while it’s there. Which bravo to them! But my concern is how bad is the washer fluid. It was driven 100 miles with the fluid and clearly went throughout the system. Service told me being alcohol based, is not nearly as bad as putting diesel in the tank. They are still working on it and still need to test functions of sensors and injectors after the flush. I’m just thinking long term functionality of injectors and sensors with the contamination and possibly having emissions warranty denied in future. Help!
