I’m attending a community college and this is my first time using FASFA

It said I got approved for $3525 and to my knowledge I thought that amount would be spilt into fall and spring semester. But it looks like they are also splitting it into summer I and summer II

Does anyone know why ? I will call them Monday morning but I just need to know bc I have a balance now and in the second photo I attached it says that I’m not eligible for $294

I applied for this loan earlier this year and got the first award letter. I didn’t do summer I bc life happened but I didn’t sign up for summer II

Then I got this new award letter a few weeks ago. Would I be able to contact financial aid and ask for more ? Its first first time attending college and getting help from FASFA so I’m pretty knew at this and wanted the extra money for a computer
