I haven't played this game since 2000's

Just set up Moonlight in the wii U to play this game, I love how it looks

I bought this one in Japan and get a Carnivore 2. Played Antarctic Adventure with the sega controller connected to joy2md

This is a MSX 64Kb ram, can I play Metal Gear? Carnivore 2 does have the Scc sound chip and extra Ram, but I'm not sure if this is possible for Metal Gear and how I have to set this up

Help would be appreciated
