I’m going to Des Moines, and Iowa, for the first time tomorrow. Currently living in Illinois but I’m originally from California and I love to explore.
I’m a huge foodie and I love sweets. Also, nature and museums.
Any recommendations on things to do while I’m there this weekend would be great 😄
Hi everyone! I’m an ultrasound tech and the community I currently live/work in has quite a few people who speak Spanish and Haitian Creole. I am fluent in Spanish so I got that part down thankfully but I definitely need help with Haitian Creole.
This may be a long shot but would someone be willing to help me out with basic phrases or words orrrr help point me in the right direction? Thank you ☺️
I’ve posted here before and tbh, I find it hard to keep conversations going with certain people bc I do tend to get busy and sometimes reply a bit slower. Sooo, please be patient. But also… give me more than a word response please 😪
I wish Reddit did audio messages because I LOOOOVE those. I prefer them bc sometimes it’s just more convenient. Anyways, I work night shifts at a hospital. No, I’m not a nurse haha. (I respect the hell out of nurses though)
I love video games, photography, nature, kpop, traveling, and getting to meet cool new people. I don’t care what time zone you’re in, I’m up for a chat!
