[Hiring] Video Editor for short and long form. Open to discuss your preferred rate. Weekly workload.

Hi, I need an editor for weekly workload. The work will be a mix of the following:

Requirement 1: Youtube talking head style long form edits (7-10 minutes)
Requirement 2: Taking a video podcast interview 20-30 minutes in length, and creating 5 shorts out of it.

Requirement 3: Taking the Youtube long form video from Requirement one and breaking it into a couple of shorts.

Requirement 4: Thumbnails for the Youtube videos.

I have a brand guidelines doc I will send you if we work together which must be followed, this is logos, colours, fonts etc.

Please either comment or DM with the following details:

1: Examples of talking head style edits

2: Examples of talking head, podcast style shorts

3: Prices (particularly interested to hear how you would price 'Requirement 2')

4: Turnaround time

For all videos, I would like someone who is creative and will take the initiative on what elements to put where at which times without too much hand holding and also proactively reach out to me if you need something like screenshots, questions, extra b roll, anything at all.

Please don't just barrage me with one line pitch slapping your portfolio with no context, please read the post and let me know how you can contribute.

Budget: Open to your rates, I am not looking for the cheapest person, Im looking for the right person

Trying to get into this sub but it's difficult to interpret rules

Hey everyone. As someone interested in EM'ing, so to speak, I was browsing this sub, and I am a bit confused, hoping you can clear it up.

The rules say 'No low-effort posts' and 'No product promotion', and it's clear that promoting newsletters will result in removal, regardless of relevance.

There seem to be a lot of posts with no context or extra info, only designed to funnel traffic to their newsletter, which then clearly upsells either paid subscriptions or other stuff.

Let me give two examples:

This one: https://www.reddit.com/r/EngineeringManagers/comments/1u7atw7/51_of_devs_stopped_asking_their_teammates/

This, to me, is clearly breaking the rules, no context, no extra info, just a low effort post design solely to funnel traffic.

However, this one:
https://www.reddit.com/r/EngineeringManagers/comments/1u6o960/okay_vs_excellent_engineering_teams/

Is a lot better to me, a description, more context, a higher effort level post.

Where is the line, or is there not one, and the rules are too vague to be implemented fairly across the board, and it depends on the flavour of moderators?
