Girls is it just me or have you also been meeting guys who can’t hold a conversation 😭

So girls is this just me or have you also been meeting the same kind of guys who just dont know how to lead a conversation!
Like they literally have nothing to talk about
No interesting questions
No curiosity
No idea how to actually build a conversation or make it stimulating
What happened to people 😭
All they have is
How are you?
What do you do?
Where are you from?
And thats it
They just cant go beyond the basic introductory stuff
Like bro I already answered what I do 😭 what else do you have to say
You ask them something and they give you the most dry answer ever and then you have to carry the whole conversation yourself
Is it just me or are you girls experiencing the same thing?

Sometimes all it takes is one genuine conversation

Hi! I'm born and raised in Jaipur, and yes, I totally have all the elder daughter traits. 😄 I'm also the pampered kid at home, which is a fun combination.
I run a small business and started creating content about a year ago. Life's been good, and I'm grateful for where I am.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me watching rom-coms, exploring new cafes, going out, or just making the most of every day. One thing's for sure if you're with me, it's never going to be a dull day. ✨
What I'm looking for:
I'm not going to pretend looks don't matter they do but personality matters just as much. I'm looking for someone who's full of life, goofy, kind, emotionally mature, and at least 5'10". And one non-negotiable: you should be from Jaipur, because I'd love to build something meaningful with someone from my own city. Age preference would be from 27 to 30
If this resonates with you, feel free to dm! Don’t dm with just hi hello😭a little introduction would be appreciated !
Ps- Picture added for aesthetics hehe!
Edit: YAAR KITNA MUSHKIL HAI SAMAJHNA, IF YOU ARE FROM ANY OTHER CITY OTHER THAN JAIPUR PLEASE REFRAIN FROM TEXTING 🙏😭

Infinite options, Zero connections!

I genuinely don't understand why we've turned dating and matrimony apps into shopping apps. Swipe left, swipe right, "not this one, maybe the next "I'll keep this person as a backup." The endless options create the illusion that someone better is always one swipe away, so instead of giving one connection a real chance, we keep comparing and second-guessing.
Nobody stays consistent anymore. Meaningful communication feels like it's dying. Conversations fade for no reason, people lose interest overnight, and everyone seems to be waiting for the next "better" option. Maybe the problem isn't that there are no good people left maybe it's that we've created a system that rewards endless searching instead of genuine connection. Sometimes, focusing on one person at a time is all it takes to discover something real.

26F- Am I a good/bad match

A little about me:
I have an anxious attachment style, so I can be very clingy with the people I love. Reassurance means a lot to me.

I'm ambitious, but I'm also content with where I am. I like striving for more without constantly feeling dissatisfied.

I'm conventionally attractive, and I enjoy taking care of my appearance. I love dressing up and expressing myself through fashion.

I tend to overthink and often assume the worst before I have all the facts. My mind can create stories that aren't always true.

I'm a hardworking person. When I commit to something, I give it my best.

Sleep is my escape. When life feels overwhelming, I often just want to sleep and shut everything out for a while.

I'm an ambivert. I enjoy my alone time, but I can also talk to people easily and connect with new people without much difficulty.

I love exploring new places and trying different cuisines. New experiences excite me.

I'm a feminist, but I don't support what I see as performative or divisive versions of feminism. I believe in equality and fairness.

I know I can be difficult to love on some days. When my anxiety takes over, I can become cranky, emotional, and need more reassurance than usual.

I'm just sharing because I'm curious how someone else would perceive me. Feel free to be completely honest.

( Please stop spamming my Dms🙏)

Tried Carbon’s Vietnamese for the first time and really liked it!

Tried Carbon's Coffee and had a great experience overall. The cafe has a cozy dark-themed interior with a nice vibe, although it feels a little congested during busy hours.
We tried their in-house specialty brews whiskey and Jamun brew both were quite unique and worth trying. My friend also ordered another coffee, and that was really good too.
Overall, a nice place for coffee lovers with some interesting signature brews. I'd rate it 8/10. ☕✨

I wanted to eat good ramen, but this was really mid😭

I expected a great bowl of ramen since it's a Japanese restaurant, but it wasn't authentic and could have been much better. The matcha was okay, and the menu had very limited options. The aesthetics were nice, but overall, it's a no from my side. If anyone knows a place that serves authentic Japanese ramen, please let me know! Location- Bento B

Do you feel this too? Or am I the only one😭

I feel a little conflicted, and I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this.
Objectively, I have a lot to be grateful for. My work is going well, I have loving parents, good friends, my health is good, and overall my life is stable. I genuinely appreciate all of it.
But despite all that, I constantly feel the absence of a romantic partner.
It's strange because I'm not unhappy with my life, yet it doesn't feel complete complete. There's this persistent feeling that sharing life with someone would make everything more meaningful. Sometimes I wonder if that's actually true, or if I'm idealizing what a relationship would feel like.
Has anyone here gone from feeling this way to eventually finding a healthy relationship? Did it actually fill that sense of incompleteness, or did you realize the feeling came from somewhere else?
I'm not looking for someone to "fix" my life. I just deeply miss having that one person to share everyday moments, dreams, and life with.
Would love to hear honest experiences, especially from people who've been on both sides of this.

Why is modern dating so exhausting????

I feel like modern dating has become one big interview process. There are so many unspoken rules you can't be too available, you can't be too attached, and you can't even openly say you like someone without worrying about how it'll be perceived.
If I reply too quickly, I seem desperate. If I take too long, I come across as arrogant or uninterested. Honestly, what am I even supposed to do?
I'm just exhausted by these endless talking stages and all the mind games that seem to come with them.

Trigger warning for women! Please don’t upload anything here

The amount of creeps are present on Reddit is insane. The amount of creepy and disgusting dms I got after posting a normal intro about me is insane. Not all men, but somehow it's almost always men. The number of desperate and disrespectful men out there is honestly exhausting.
At this point, I'd rather stay single than deal with that kind of behavior. I know this post might attract some hate, but that's not the point. This isn't about attacking all men it's simply a request for basic respect.
Guys, please treat women with respect. It's really not that difficult.

26 F, Let’s see if this sub would work for me or not😅

Hi! 👋
I'm from Jaipur and run my own small business, which keeps me busy but also gives me the freedom to enjoy life on my own terms. I'm someone who genuinely enjoys going out, exploring new places, trying new food, spontaneous plans, and making the most of weekends. I love good conversations and can talk about almost anything from everyday life and future goals to random thoughts and funny observations.
Personality-wise, I'd describe myself as fun-loving, ambitious, independent, and emotionally mature. I believe life is meant to be lived fully, and I value experiences, personal growth, and meaningful relationships over superficial things. I'm equally happy planning an outing, going on a road trip, discovering a new café, or simply spending quality time with someone whose company I genuinely enjoy.
I'm here because I'd like to meet someone with similar values and energy. I'm looking for a guy who is full of life, kind, ambitious, confident, and has a good sense of humor. Someone who enjoys living in the moment but also has goals and direction in life. Being decent-looking is important, but good character, emotional intelligence, and a positive outlook matter much more to me.
I strongly believe in equality, mutual respect, healthy communication, and supporting each other's dreams. A relationship, in my opinion, should feel like a partnership where both people grow together while still being themselves.
I'm 5'5", so I'd prefer someone taller than me. Bonus points if you're from Jaipur, as that would make things easier. (Not willing to relocate to any other city) My intention is to find a genuine connection that can eventually lead to marriage if we're compatible.
If any of this resonates with you, feel free to DM. I'd love to get to know you. ✨ Please do not text for timepass, casual or anything like that as it is not my intention.

( Edit: Want someone from the same city, bonus points if you are a Sindhi or Punjabi)
