i made a community for my game so i can transfer the owner ship from my alt to my main and i even let my alt join in it still says no eligible groups what do i do

I downloaded gta 5 legacy before it got taken off the store on steam but i cant go online it keeps saying when i get to the online tab sign into rockstar games to play gta online and i am signed in what do i do

im launching gta 5 legacy on hydra and its saying to sign in to go online and when i click it nothing happens

ik it isnt about modding but i was using steam tools and nightlight launcher to play gta 5 legacy (not enhanced) LEGACY to play gta 5 online when i try to go to online tab it says login but i did log in so i tried to just play online using the steam tab and said rockstar is unavaible what do i do??
