I've been one tricking her for so long, but I'm still unsure if q center true damage converts passive %hp as well, or just the q snips. Anyone know?

What should prune run in a venti/durin/prune/bennet comp? Both venti and durin are on winds, and bennet on noblesse. For more context prune is c2 with fontaine craftable. Is the new artifact set the best option? Or just generic atk sets to get to 4k?
