I have an OD card from BPI for years now, nag overdue na ako matagal na din and hindi ko namamaintain kasi na mabayaran yung monthly payment due to financial constraints. Now nag eemail na ang third party collector na possible na daw ismall claims ang account ko. Nagbayad naman ako ng partial and replied to their email pero continuous pa rin ang email nila like di nila naacknowledge yung mga response ko and payment.

Anyone who has experienced the same po? Any suggestions on what to do next? :( Thank you so much.
