How to start an llc in Indiana

I’m in the final stages on launching a new venture here in Indiana, specifically based out of the Noblesville/Hamilton County area.

Without giving too much away before launch, the concept bridges agtech and boutique experiential tourism. Think high-tech, automated indoor vertical farming setups integrated into high-end, customizable farm-to-table event spaces. We’ll be selling hyper-local, specialty microgreens and rare botanicals to local upscale restaurants during the week, and hosting private culinary/educational experiences on the weekends. I've got the space lined up and the software architecture for the climate automation almost finalized.

Right now, I'm trying to map out the legal foundation. I want to structure this as an LLC to protect my personal assets, especially since we’ll have physical foot traffic on-site eventually. I’ve been looking at the state’s IN͏Biz portal to file the Articles of Organization. From what I gather, the online filing fee is around $95, and the approval turnaround is pretty quick. (maybe a business day?)

Is the In͏Biz portal actually as intuitive as the state claims, or are there hidden formatting traps/delays in the Articles of Organization section I should watch out for?

Which car insurance companies do you reckon are best in Nj?

Been with my curent provider far͏mers for I guess 3 years now and honestly never questioned it until my neighbor told me he's paying like 60 bucks less a month for pretty much the same coverage so now i'm spiraling lol coz you know the economy is bad. Nj rates are already high compared to most states so i feel like picking the wrong company really matters here more than it would somewhere else and i need your help in avoiding the wrong one pleasee!! Anyway did some reading of breakdown on carpl͏anhero of the top companies with ratings and average monthly costs but i wasn't sure how much of that applies specifically to nj since rates vary so much by state, like is lemo͏nade even available here or is the claims process a nightmare? Same question for trav͏elers. And does anyone actually bother with the pip addons or just go minimum.

I feel like everyone just says depends on my situation dat ok fair but there has to be some companies that are just consistently better for nj? So help me switch

slu-pp-332 side effects

Is it reasonable to consider this over tesamorelin or reta? I've been looking into the side effects of slu-pp-332 and frankly they seem very strange. I'm particularly worried about the body temperature increases and hot flashes. I work with heavy machinery, so would this be a safe peptide for me to use? And if not, can I get the same benefits without the weird side effects by using reta or tesa? Thanks for the help 😄

How do you scan documents and convert them to CSV?

My team is currently processing document scans to CSV manually, and we’re ready to automate. Where do we start? Should we be looking at Python-based OCR scripts or is there a specific soft͏ware that handles this with good accuracy even on high volume?

Still trying to find one that actually sticks

honestly i’ve been rotating through these AI companion apps longer than i’d like to admit.tried cru͏shon, can͏dyAI, sel͏ira, j͏oi, no͏mi, spic͏ychat… and a couple others i’ve already mentally deleted.

crushon was fun at first but after a while all the characters kind of blur together. even the “unique” ones start feeling like they’re reading from the same script

candyAI is probably the best looking one imo, the visuals are insane, but the memory just isn’t there. you can build a whole story and it just doesn’t carry over

spicychat is fine for quick chats but doesn’t really hold depth for long-term stuff

Lust͏crush AI not perfect, but at least it remembers context over time and doesn’t constantly reset the vibe. that alone makes it feel way more consistent than the others

starting to think the real difference isn’t features or visuals, it’s just whether the thing can actually remember you

anyone else actually found one they stuck with, or still hopping around too?

been on midjo͏urney forever for everything and a friend kept pushing me to try something more character focused. figured id stress test it with a weirdly specific prompt, some kind of tired 1920s librarian with the cardigan and the little chain on her glasses, fully expecting it to fumble half the details.

it mostly didnt. got the cardigan texture right, got the exhausted eyes right, even kept the chain attached on both sides which mj fights me on constantly. hands are still hands tho, one finger is doing something unspeakable if you zoom in.

not sure id move off mj for landscapes or abstract stuff but for a specific person with specific accessories it held up. anyone else using the smaller character focused tools for this or am i late to it
