PC recommendations [suggestion]

Looking for Prebuilt PC recommendations for gaming and streaming, my budget is 1,300 I could maybe stretch 1,400 but I'm not looking to go any higher then such (honestly would prefer lower price but I know that's unlikely)

My main thing is I stream marvel rivals a lot which I believe is my most intense game streamed and on the PC I have no its a tad too heavy that I have to close and minimize a lot that I wish I didn't, like having to stop using my camera ECT

(And before people suggested building one, I'm scared of building one and do not feel like I have the confidence for such) Current PC specs: Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x 8 core 3.60 32GB ram (ddr4) Graphics: Nvidia rtx 2070 super 8vram With 1tb storage PSU:500 gold (80 plus)

Help Upgrading Prebuilt PC

Hello, I'm not really sure if this is the right form to place this but I'm looking to upgrade my prebuilt Asus Rog Strix GL10DH without completely breaking my bank.

I have very little knowledge on PC parts and what works with what so I will take all the help I can get with it.

To start off with, I know I want a new GPU, the one in this is only 8vram and I would like one that's at least 12, as I've started streaming more intensive game that cause it to start stuttering with me having to have obs and the game open at the same time to do such

However I'm really confused when it comes with knowing what works with what, and how to not bottleneck the CPU or go over my PSU (500 80 gold currently but I may replace this also IF needed) wattage ECT ect
