I have a friend who has been struggling with mental health for a long time, and they recently discovered a close family member has passed and is now talking about cutting. They've been clean for some time, and I've given some advice, to hold ice, use a sharp fidget, and to possibly use a red pen to "see blood"- and it isn't helping at all. I don't know what to do- because I can't physically help- we can only text, and they're refusing to call. I really am at a loss-
