U of Alabama best on campus dining spot with food allergies

Point me somewhere else if this isn't the best place.

We are visiting the University in a few weeks. My kid will have a full ride there (national merit) so we want to check it out. He has food allergies (gluten and dairy) and navigating on campus food will be tricky for him. We have various tours scheduled all day but will have a 1.5 hour window for lunch and it would be good for him to see what the allergen friendly food options are there. Which dining hall should we try for this? Thanks y'all :)

Elimination Diet Advice, Please :)

I have several food allergies. I have never tried a cut throat elimination diet. I keep adding allergies though so I'm considering it. I could start with literally just lamb, salmon, salt, and maybe plain green tea (since I would die without caffeine)? How long would y'all do this before slowly adding in one food at a time? I'm already gluten free, dairy free, soy free, oat free, and I have the weirdest allergy to wax which is the hardest one to avoid. So many fruits and veggies are waxed or use citrus peel/oil/concentrate that comes from fruit that has been waxed. A lot of bath and body products use this as well, especially natural ones. It is by far my most frustrating allergy.

I would love opinions on how long y'all would stick with the lamb, salmon, salt, water, green tea? And what you would add after that.

Thanks
