what's wrong with the permant ban appeal button?
So long story short, I let my brother use my PlayStation 5 for a bit while I left to travel cause i would not need it where I was going, and he has unfortunately gotten me banned. i had a few temporary suspensions for tell someone to fuck off and since then i set it so i could not be messaged, but during one of his games he chose to message someone on the other team to talk shit. Now I am currently trying to enter the permanent ban appeal form so i can maybe get my account back (I know it's a long shot, but i still would like to try) but it keeps making me login and even the people on the phone said that's not supposed to happen. now i don't know what to do cause i can't even fill out the form, and i want to at least get a chance to submit the appeal and see what happens.
do yall have any idea what to do? i put a lot of time and money into that account and i hate thqt my brother got it suspended.
