750w E bike rear wheel overhaul
Stock rear wheel hub shot out 2 miles deep in the jungle. Spent 4 hours pushing 100lb bike plus all my gear back to the truck up hill both ways. So I'm ditching the 6 pawl setup for a ratching star hub! Never done this before and had ZERO experience 7 days ago. I've spent the vast majority of my freetime since then designing this build. The bike is a Mokwheel Onxy ST with a 750w mid-drive motor. 26x4.0 wheels. Putting new CST Toboggan unstudded tires and Tannus Armour with flat out.
Advice would be appreciated if something appears off...
RIM: Sticking with my stock 36H with 14.085mm alternating offset. 540.3 ERD.
HUB: Wren EXTREME Torque Star Fatbike
Chose this hub bc DT Swiss had a max rating for ebikes at 250w. But mainly bc I could use my stock 36H rim with the 36H hub.
SPOKES: SAPIN Leader Jbend 12ga 259mm

3x lacing pattern.
I feel confident with this but with no experience advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
