FPS or screen resolution?

What's better, 1000 fps with a 1920 x 1080 monitor or 100 fps with a 3840 x 2160 monitor?

Or what's better, 210 fps with a 1920 x 1080 monitor or 90 fps with a 3840 x 2160 monitor?

How much more important is screen resolution than fps? Is the difference between 1920 x 1080 and 3840 x 2160, or between 1920 x 1080 and 2560 x 1440 really that significant a drop in fps is worth it?

Do you think it's better to have 1000 fps with 1920 x 1080, or does that resolution look so bad that you'd rather have significantly lower fps but a better screen resolution?

What is the best cooling system for Ryzen 9 9950X3D with NVIDIA RTX 5090?

Sorry if this question seems stupid. I've heard that they get VERY hot, and I still haven't figured out which cooler is the best for this pc.

Some say the Arctic Freezer III Pro 420, others say the Noctua NH-D15G2, and some say the Be Quiet! Silent Loop 3 420 is the best. I'm already confused.

I think the things I do on my PC will heat it up quite a bit. For example, new demanding games. I'm even afraid my processor will explode from the loads I might be putting on it XD.

So I need a GOOD liquid system.

i'm TERRIFIED AS HELL about choosing a monitor. (i've been eyeing the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W for a while now, but I don't know anymore.)

I'm really scared to choose a monitor.

I still haven't figured out which technology is better. People are arguing about it everywhere, and there's always something wrong: burn-in, lighting issues, gray banding, short lifespan, etc.

Maybe I should get a different display instead of OLED? Maybe VA or even TN... I play FPS games quite often, and I've heard that's the choice for pro gamers.

To be honest, I don't understand OLED at all, and it seems too complicated to me, since I've never had an OLED monitor before. I currently have an MVA display, and I've never had any problems with it. It's just old and not very powerful compared to new monitors, so I'd like to replace it. Should I try OLED or buy another VA or TN?

I'm just still afraid of burn-in and gray banding...

Honestly, I was attracted to the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W monitor simply because it looks the sexiest. Seriously, it's probably the most beautiful monitor I've ever seen. Just look at its back!! It also has a high refresh rate at 540hz-720hz.

I'm still confused by the possibility of gray banding and tandem OLED because many say it's worse than some other technologies... I don't even know what to do.

How much worse is tandem OLED technology compared to qd-oled AND OTHER technologies?
I'd like to know if tandem OLED is really THAT bad and whether gray banding, burn-in, and other issues are such a huge problem. And maybe I should get a TN or VA monitor instead of OLED if they don't have such issues?

Also, I'm more used to VA...

Please don't tell me about the price, I have money. I just want to know the answers to the questions above.

(and yes, I'll be sad to part with that sexy back that the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W monitor has if I have to choose a better monitor.)

AS I SAID ABOVE I WANT THE ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W SO I WOULD LIKE MORE COMMENTS ABOUT IT!!

I had a problem with food and water, and the happiness of most of my dwellers dropped to 10%. Now I have solved this problem and my food and water levels are back to maximum, but the happiness of my dwellers is not increasing. How can I make them happier?
