The Arceus Challenge is basically a hardcore nuzlocke/ normal nuzlocke but with a few twists here are the rules
standard nuzlocke rules

1. Any Pokémon that faints must be released or boxed permanently. It is considered “dead” for the rest of the challenge.
2. Only the first wild Pokémon encountered in a route or area can be caught. If the player fails to catch it (ie. it flees or faints), their opportunity to catch a Pokémon in that area is lost.
3. The player must nickname all Pokémon they catch or obtain.

Hardcore nuzlocke rules

• Set Mode: You must play on "Set" battle style, preventing a free switch after defeating an opponent's Pokémon.
• No In-Battle Items: You cannot use items (Potions, X Items, etc.) from the bag during battles. Held items are allowed.
• Level Caps: Your Pokémon cannot exceed the level of the next boss trainer’s (Gym Leader, Elite Four, etc.) highest-level Pokémon.
  • If a Pokémon exceeds the cap, it cannot be used until after the boss is defeated.
  • Exceeding the cap during a boss fight (via experience gain) is allowed.

now for the Arceus challenge part

1. all items are randomized
2. all Pokemon are randomized
3. all trainers Pokemon teams will have EV trained
4. smarter Pokemon ai
5. trainers can use items in battle
6. trainers can use set up moves
7. the player is not allowed to to use or have set up moves
8. after beating a gym you must spin the wheel with your Pokemon name on it and if it lands on that Pokemon you must release it
9. Trainers are randomized
10. Pokemon are randomized
11. No Center Healing: You cannot use Pokémon Centers, beds, or nurses (limits healing to items found/bought).
12. Route Locking: You cannot leave an area until all trainers in that area are defeated.
13. No Shopping: Buying items from PokéMarts is forbidden.
14. Limited Balls: You can only use the PokéBalls you start with or find, no buying more.
15. Only Gift/Static: You can only use gift Pokémon or static encounters, banning random route encounters. 
16. No use of Rare candy‘s
17. any items that help you in battle (x-items, iron, etc)
18. Must defeat all legendary and mythical Pokemon in the pokemon game your playing
19. legendary and mythical all have perfect EVs and can use any moves in the game

this challenge is supposed to be unfair difficult and time consuming play this at your own will

Of them  she really doesn’t like anyone talking

Threatens to kill them often and wants to 

Kill them but her feelings stop her from that
