i can’t enter in any of my devices

I purchased an order from the Carlinkit TikTok Shop back in September 2025, and it was lost in transit. The tracking has shown “delivery exception” since September with no updates at all.

I’ve contacted both TikTok Shop support and Carlinkit support multiple times, but neither has been helpful. To make things worse, their TikTok Shop is now unavailable.

Does anyone know where else I can request help from them, or what their customer service email is? I’ve been trying to resolve this for almost a year now. Thanks!
