My girl isnt a baby anymore but she still has her baby girl eyes!

Kahless is almost 2! But she still looks like a tiny kitten to me. She is the most loveable grumpy girl you can ask for. I love her so much! (She's not super grumpy, just doesnt love when I want to give her lovins, she would prefer a headbutt and treats lol)

New outdoor buddy, owners dont seem to give an F.

This little beautiful lady has been coming to my feeding station for a few months. She has gotten used to me more and more and even has curled up on my lap this week! Also sleeps near me after eating at times. The owner did post on a FB group I am on for missing pets. I responded and even tracked them down after them not replying via DM. They do not seem like they care. They said she is mostly "feral" and goes outside a ton....this girl is too social to be feral. To their credit they said they had taken in a few of her kittens then got her spayed and have cared for her since she was a kitten.

Its been about a week and they seem like they just wanted proof of life. I told them id help get her for them and they said sure but didn't reply after that.

So for now she is skittish of my house but every so often comes in the kitchen after meals. She gets tons of head pets, follows me to the doorway and I even got some belly rubs in! She's beautiful imo

She has a name but responds better to "Good Girl" better than what they told me they call her.

Thoughts on what to do? I want to.get her to the vet at least and get shots if they are needed. She doesn't seem to have fleas.

Anti-scooting dinner device!

I feed my cats their wet foods in paper boats for convenience. The problem for one of my ladies is that she scoots her boat around a ron.

To make it easier for her, I used shelf liner (the grippy type people use to make jar openers) and spare quilting cotton/stuffing. I made a 2 sided /mat to help keep things in place even if she pushes against the boat.

It seems to work pretty well and I can wash and air dry it . Just a long stuffed tube sewn to the liner (i made the liner 2 layers)

My new breakfast buddy, Sweetie

Feeding strays around my house and this cutie had the courage to eat with me, take treats from my hand, let me pet her and then skedaddled. But I hope i didn't overwhelm her and scared her off for good, at the end I moved too fast and she ran. Shes so well mannered!

First post, any info on antique Irish linen tablecloths? PA/USA

Hello all, first post here. I scored these 3 beautiful Irish linen yardage to make table linens. The ends are unfinished and it runs selvage to selvage. Got these at a Pennsylvania USA thrift shop. I found a little info about the Richardson company but no insights about the other 2 makers. Also wondering from the stickers of there are any guided guesses on the true age of these? I assumed latest about 1930s but the style of the Richardson tag makes me think 20s or a bit before? They all appear gummed to the fabric. Any insight will be very appreciated!

JellyBean, gift blanky inspector

Jelly was "helping' me make a little quilted blanky for my mom's cat. 1st use of minky in the back for me. This thing is a quilting abomination but it was good Seminole Patchwork practice with scraps. Flannel, cotton and minky. Hope my mom's cat likes it!
