I’m a newbie in pour-over and need some advice.
I’m using a CERA PC03S Max with these settings:
• Pre-soak: 5s
• Standstill: 7s
• Extraction: 70s
Grinder: Kingrinder K2 – 40 clicks
Beans: Ethiopia Sidamo G2 (medium-light roast)
Water temp: ~96°C
The result tastes lightly sour and lacks sweetness. I can’t really get the tasting notes (berry/tea-like, dried fruit, sweet brown sugar aftertaste).
What should I adjust first? Grind finer/coarser, lower temp, change ratio, or tweak the machine settings?
