Mega Lapras
Think this would move Lapras from RU to UU? Water/Ice isn't that good defensively. But now having access to some good status moves. I could see it performing better even with 4MSS.
Lapras' base attacking stats are equal. But I wanted to go the same route Mega Meganium did since it overall has better special attacks.
If you're wondering why I gave it Ice Scales. Look at the G-Max form that I'm basing the design off. (Double meaning pun)
