Helpless
I 29f honestly never thought I’d make a post like this because asking strangers for help is extremely uncomfortable for me, but I’ve been stuck in survival mode for years and I don’t really know what else to do anymore.
I’m a Middle Eastern Muslim woman living in a very controlling conservative family environment. Long story short, I never got to properly continue school and dropped out very young, so I don’t have a diploma, job history, or financial independence. I’m currently unemployed, dependent on family, and trying to find any way to make even a small amount online so I can slowly build some independence for myself
I’m not asking for huge amounts of money. Even $50–100 would genuinely help me with basic personal needs right now. I don’t even have a bank account currently, only things like PayPal/BotimPay.
I’m also willing to work online if anyone has suggestions or small opportunities. I spend most of my time online anyway and I think I’m decent at communication/social media handling/community management type things even though I don’t have formal experience yet. I’m willing to learn and genuinely try.
Even advice, remote work suggestions, or pointing me in the right direction would honestly mean a lot. Thank you for reading.
