hello everyone, i got back from 4 days of vacation on saturday and woke up sunday to my back looking like this. i tanned a lot and was exposed to the sun longer than i’ve been in two years. i’ve never had to deal with breakouts this big and it’s affecting my confidence a lot. how bad does it look? and how long do you think it’ll take to get better?

hi everyone! i’m 24 and had all my wisdom teeth removed 9 days ago. i’ve been careful when brushing to keep the holes clean but the bottom ones still hurt. i bought a water flosser to help but when using it, it immediately made me bleed. did i damage the healing process? and is it normal for the holes to hurt after almost 10 days?
