Need advice for starting a street food cart in Ahmedabad (food prep space issue)

I’m planning to start a street food cart in Ahmedabad and I’m currently figuring out the backend setup.
My main issue is finding a hygienic and affordable place where I can prepare/store the raw materials or ingredients for my cart.
The thing is, I only need this space around 4 times a month (not daily), so renting a full commercial kitchen feels expensive and impractical right now.

Are there shared kitchens, rental kitchens, or part-time food prep spaces available in Ahmedabad?
What’s the most cost-effective option if I only need it a few times a month?
Do small vendors usually rent kitchens, partner with restaurants, or use another setup?
What licenses or food safety rules should I know before starting?
I’m trying to build this smartly without overspending in the beginning, so any practical guidance,
