I finally signed up for ipsy and got my first shipment this month. My account says I'm fair blonde blue eyes and the two items that were chosen by ipsy are for darker complexions so I can't use them.

Does this happen often? I don't want to collect a pile of cosmetics that I can't use.

I just purchased a dress bc I have credit from my first and last experience selling on thredup. My only option for shipping was 2 months away (!). Is this normal? TIA
