Are Fmod and compass changes no good friends?

Hi! I'm trying to implement a music track into a game. This track has a bunch of compass changes (as you can see in the image) that LINE PERFECTLY WITH THE TIMELINE. I know 39, 40 and 41 look too much together, it's because of the compass changes.

I'm having a problem with the transition. "Some_bad" (parameter) changes to 1, and the transition goes to a bookend that finishes the track. It's quantized to 1 bar, so it's musically logical and easy on the ears. When the parameter changes to 1, what should happen is that the bar ends and goes directly to the booked, logical. What really happens is that the bar ends, it waits 1 more bar in complete silence and then plays the bookend.

The transition timeline is empty, the transition is Quantized at 1 bar, 100% sure (I'm looking at it right now), and I'm honestly not sure what's happening. My bet is that, because fmod is not a daw, having that many compass changes is messing up with the app. But I'm not sure.

I need confirmation to know that this is the case (or someone that tells me that I'm just retarded and doing something wrong, but please, tell me what I'm doing wrong).

I'll be reading you guys. Thank you for your time <3

Please, I need help rendering sound for videogames

Here you have a piece of my project. This are 10 steps. There are 6 tracks that overlap their items so the steps sound as I need them to sound. Now I want to render them. And I want to render them individually, but in a bulk. Let me explain. I don't want to go one by one, drawing the time selection for each individual group of audio, and then render the master mix. I want to select all of them, render them all at the same time/in the same rendering process, but end up with the 10 steps, perfectly mixed, as I have them, in 10 separate files.

Is, what i'm describing, even possible in Reaper? I heard about Regions, but I have another 100 and some steps to render, so it'll take me minutes if not hours to draw every single one of those regions.

Sorry if I'm not making myself clear, i tried my best. I'll be reading you all.

Help with audio rendering. Newbie *Reaper* user.

Hi! I'm a new user of Reaper. I come from Cubase and Ableton, where I am adapted and I know how to fully use them. I'm forcing myself to work with Reaper, because the industry that I want to get in to uses this DAW.

So, I'm interested on doing one specific thing: I want to render multiple sounds (steps for a videogame) at the same time. Each step is one file, but these steps are made by a bunch of overlapped items on different tracks.

The "Selected media items" render option would've been helpful if it didn't separate each individual item as one. Is there any way to do what I want?

I know that i can make regions, but that would mean that I'd need to render each region, 1 by 1, and I have more than 80 steps that need to be rendered. I'm not looking forward to creating and rendering more than 80 regions, but I'll have to do it if there's no other way.

Thank's for the time, every answer is appreciated. I'll be waiting eagerly :)

Edit: I didn't explain myself correctly. I want to render each single step as a single piece of audio. if i have +80 steps, so there would be +80 audio files rendered. I don't want to render them one by one, because it'll take a lot of time, I want to "bulk render" them all. The problem is that each step is formed, more or less, by 5 different items overlapped. And when i say "steps" I mean the literal "Step" sound. It's for a videogame.
