2021 Nissan Sentra headlights not working.
I have a 2021 Nissan Sentra that came in for a front end collision. The driver headlight was smashed. I ordered a used headlight and installed but it didnt work.
The passenger headlight initially worked but quit working while diagnosing if any wires were broken on the driver light harness.
I had funny power coming from the ipdm so replaced the unit as well and now I get high beams on both lights when the combo switch is pulled back bit no high beam when the switch is forward. Also no low beams at all.
My digging led me to believe that the module would need programmed and I took it to nissan for a scan and program. $227 later they tell me it was the combo switch went bad and a $700 bill to replace. I got a used unit to install and no dice, same situation with no low or high beams.
Does anyone have any input, 2 weeks into diag and parts to end up at the same place. Id rather not send it back to nissan for another couple hundred and a wrong diagnosis. At the end if my rope here.
Any help is extremely appreciated.
