Customer Service Slow

Is customer service always this slow? I sent a message through the app, got a response saying, thank you for providing all the information, we'll pass it on to our tech team. It's been almost a week and I've heard nothing.

Is it always like this? I understand a day or two behind, but an entire week. I work in the tech industry, that's a really bad sign for any company.

Living Alone doesn't mean you have to be ALONE

I've lived alone for most of my adult life, Ive worked from home, love my dogs and my friends.

About 5 years ago I moved 1.5 hours away from my childhood home. I have friends here, but the connections don't seem as deep or valuable as some from back home.

I go to counseling, try to work really hard on being introspective, and just trying to be a decent human. I've spent a few holidays alone that sucked. Recently my counselor has encountered me to work on finding "community" in my area. Organizations, clubs, church, etc.

I'm a 46 yo gay man, and often don't fit into the "typical gay culture" and find it really hard to fit in with most gay groups.

All of this to say, how do you live alone without feeling alone? How do you engage in community? How do you find community? How do you keep up with friends and not get sidetracked by life?
