Compromised Results Again?

I took the advice I was given in my previous post and booked another blood test. That day I washed both arms twice with soapy water to make sure they would be clean when I got my blood drawn. I even slightly lowered my dose in the weeks before so that there should only be a minor decrease in my estrogen levels. Somehow, despite all of that, my results were higher this time, not lower. So it must have been contaminated again. How? Did I not wash thoroughly enough? Did I miss a step or something? How do I avoid contaminating my next blood test?

My levels went from 7483 pmol/l last time to 7909 pmol/l this time. My Prolactin levels increased from 635 mlU/l to 779 mlU/I, but that could just be because I upped my Progesterone from 1 100mg pill a night to two. Despite that, my Progesterone levels haven't actually increased all that much from 9.66 nmol/l to 16.7 nmol/l. This time they also tested my Prolactin recovery post-PEG and found it to be 81.6% which apparently indicates that I have a large amount of active Prolactin.

Is there a chance that my E levels are genuinely that high on the genital application method? I applied a 4mg pump in the morning and a three quarter 0.6mg pump at night. My hormone levels also seem to fluctuate due to an undiagnosed intersex condition, so that could explain why this test had higher E levels than the last one, despite the dose being lowered beforehand.

I have been getting some odd symptoms, too. My breasts, for instance, have been feeling painfully firm and sensitive lately. I assume that's just an indication of growth or something, but I don't think they've ever been this weirdly heavy feeling before. I don't think I've noticed anything else, though.

How do I climb down my dose?

I was using the genital application method to attempt monotherapy with a 4mg dose of gel. I applied one pump in the morning and one pump at night. This application method is meant to quintuple the absorption rate, however I wanted to be sure my T was actually being suppressed as I've been on a pretty low dose for a while.

The symptoms were surprisingly immediate after only a few days. I did injection monotherapy a while ago and it was like I never stopped it. So I was pretty happy with the effects. Naturally, though, I had to test to make sure my levels were safe. I wasn't that concerned about them being too low, but I never could've predicted how high it ended up being.

My Oestradiol levels are at 7483 pmol/l. According to the clinic's app (I got it changed to display female levels instead of male, so it should be more accurate) that's about octuple the optimal amount.

Is that dangerously high? How do I go about decreasing it? I have a 4mg and a 0.6mg. How does the math work out if I want to get this down to something a little safer? And should I be worried about lowering my dose too quickly?

How to reach Monotherapy Levels?

I'm trying to do Estrogen monotherapy on gel using the Labial/Scrotal application method. My gel is 0.6 mg/g. How many pumps per day would it take to achieve monotherapy levels? And how should I be spacing those out?

I've been doing around 1 to 0.75 pumps per night because I was being mislead by a blood clinic that was advising me to maintain male levels of Estrogen, which is obviously the opposite of what I want. You can check all my levels on my previous post, if it's relevant.

I'm new to using gel, so I apologize if I lack basic knowledge regarding it. I've done injections and pills in the past but not gel.

Halifax Rejected Unenrolled Deed Poll

I got a call from Halifax informing me that my application to change my name with them has been rejected on the basis that it is an Unenrolled Deed Poll instead of one Enrolled with the courts. This was apparently from the head office. I've requested that they send me this in writing. They said to expect the letter in about a week.

I need a bank statement with the correct name as evidence for my Passport to be changed. I assumed this would be the easiest route, rather than changing my provisional driver's licence or something else. I am based in Northern Ireland.

Should I switch banks or Enroll my Deed Poll? I'm worried about people finding out my address and I don't trust a judge to protect my anonymity.
