I submitted a resume, recruiter replied pinapa submit agad yung TOR and information sheet then asking for interview schedule. Just want to get thoughts from you guys if this is just a way to expedite their assessment??

Gusto ko lang ng validation lol na it’s a normal process (but gets ko naman na processes vary per company policy). Nakaka alangan kasi agad mag provide agad ng personal file/s. I understand that for some companies requirement ‘to pero during requirement submission phase. Also, not a fresh grad with 5+ years experience sa similar role.
