Relocation assistance?

I’m thinking about accepting an offer for a manager trainee position and I’m weighing options for where I want to start my next lease. My current lease is ending shortly after the program starts and the GM told me during the interview that the program may run long due to it being paused during their remodel.

The store it seems most likely I will end up in after training is about an hour from the store where I’m training. With my background experience, the general manager thinks I may be able to go directly to being a department manager rather than an assistant but I’m not counting chickens before they hatch.

Has anyone here received relocation assistance from menards? What was it like? What sort of things do they cover/ how much was the amount of assistance? If the relocation assistance isn’t great I’m going to try to find an apartment in the middle of the local menards store I may end up in (i’d still have a half hour commute in any direction) but of the assistance is decent, I can try to find a place nearby thats cheap so if I have to break the lease its not as much and I could use the assistance to ease that burden

Made a park inspired by the Grand Canyon

I spent so long working out how to properly do the switchbacks for park tour to get up and down to the different levels on this park. There's three levels: the top level where I put most of the coniferous trees, the middle level, and the ravine level where the river tour runs through.

I decided to challenge myself a little bit by playing with intelligent dinos on, so I had to put the tour in cleverly to make the dinos visible, but not allow them to see the tour vehicles. What you see in the rex picture is a little tunnel I had set up higher than the rexes, somewhat inspired by the tour from the book where they could see down into the rex enclosure from a ridge.

I included several self-contained resorts connected by a hyperloop and with the tour itself where possible.

The park didn't come out looking as close biome-wise to the grand canyon as I would have liked, but I didn't want to play without the environmental needs because that felt boring to me. Mostly I did this to see how far I could push the landscaping tools, and I feel pretty good about the tricks I learned and what limitations they have.

The little traditional-style building I included was inspired by the watchtower they have at the southern rim of the grand canyon
